The Contracts Manager will work within a group of contracts professionals (based in the United States, Japan, and Australia) as we support LevelBlue stakeholders, clients, and vendors to drive growth and solve business problems. This is your opportunity to join a growing organization in a fast-paced and exciting industry.Responsibilities Review, negotiate, and draft a variety of commercial agreements, including master service and technology agreements with clients and vendors on both LevelBlue and third-party paperIdentify, flag, and escalate legal and business risks in contract terms; propose practical solutions and alternative languageManage administrative and organizational tasks relating to contract management Partner with finance, sales operations, product management, and other stakeholders to ensure agreements are consistent with internal corporate policies and processesAssist with the development and continuous improvement of contracting processes and workflows, including integration projects as LevelBlue continues to expand its industry footprintSupport other legal team initiatives and projects Basic Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in contract management, contract negotiation, or a related legal/commercial roleBachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of relevant education and professional experience Strong understanding of commercial contract concepts, including limitations of liability, indemnification, IP ownership, confidentiality, and termination provisionsExcellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate and interact effectively and autonomously with corporate clients and business leaders Ability to partner collaboratively with internal business teams and proactively drive forward projects and other company initiativesExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsStrong time management skills, including ability to handle multiple, concurrent tasks and projects, that are often time sensitive. Preferred Qualifications Experience working for or with multinational companies or clientsExperience with government contracting Familiarity with technical concepts in security software and servicesPrior experience building or improving contract templates and playbooks Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a college or university degree is a plus.
