You'll help customers maximize the value of their security investment by providing technical guidance, driving successful adoption of our solutions, and ensuring outstanding customer experience.Working closely with Account Managers, Customer Success, Product, and Support teams, you'll build strong customer relationships, proactively address technical challenges, and contribute to long-term customer success.What You'll Do Build and maintain trusted relationships with assigned customers through regular communication, meetings, and executive briefings.Lead the deployment and ongoing adoption of LevelBlue solutions within customer environments.Provide proactive technical guidance to help customers strengthen their security operations.Act as the primary technical contact for customer security and technical inquiries.Understand customer business goals, technical priorities, and security challenges to deliver tailored recommendations.Identify and help resolve technical issues before they impact customer operations.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution and clear customer communication.Track customer activities, action items, and follow-up tasks to ensure successful outcomes.Deliver technical presentations, reports, and business reviews to both customers and internal stakeholders.Partner with Customer Success and Sales to support renewals and identify opportunities to expand customer value.Participate in technical initiatives and stay up to date with new technologies and security capabilities. What We're Looking ForWe're looking for an experienced cybersecurity professional who combines strong technical expertise with excellent customer relationship skills. You enjoy solving complex technical challenges, communicating with stakeholders at all levels, and acting as a trusted advisor to customers. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.Experience implementing and supporting enterprise security technologies.Strong knowledge of security domains, including identity and access management, data security, infrastructure security, and incident response.Experience managing enterprise customer relationships in a customer-facing technical role.Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.Experience with endpoint protection, antivirus, EDR, SOC, or related security technologies.Flexible to occasionally work outside standard business hours or travel when required (5-10% travel may be involved). Preferred Qualifications Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or other related fieldsVast experience in developing and implementing security operations and technology in large, complex enterprises in multiple industry verticals, across a wide range of technology platformsExperience in helping develop and deliver cyber security and technology strategy across many different industry sectorsDemonstration of innovative security, resilience to solve complex challengesExperience and proficiency in public speaking and can hold own in senior-level presentations and discussionsExperience defining security, strategies, and assisting with driving aligned outcomesExperience in a CIRT/SOC environmentPractical experience with tactical threat actors, techniques and procedures (TTPs)Experience with threat huntingCertification: Security+, CISSP, CEH, Pen Testing, Incident ResponseProficiency in Arabic language would be a great asset What Makes You Successful Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.Able to collaborate effectively across global and cross-functional teams.
